Based in the city of Anaheim in Orange County California,

​Stephen Serrano has been plumbing in the areas of Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange counties since 1994 with extensive  experience in both Commercial and Residential plumbing. In 1999 the decision was made to fully concentrate and specialize in Residential plumbing in order to assist homeowners with the difficult upkeep and repairs of residential homes. Since then it has been a primary focus of continued education and training within the plumbing industry, working with many of the top companies and leaders of the trade.
